Relationships remain an integral part of human development and connection at all stages of life. After all it is one of the many ways we create and define meaning, purpose, and life satisfaction, myself included.

I pride myself in being blunt but warm and genuine, so I am going to give it to you straight. Much like most I have had my fair share of unhealthy relationships including toxic romantic relationships that both contributed to and triggered traumatic experiences resulting in decreased self esteem and increased self doubt.

I endured patterns of  unhealthy relationships that bled into friendships and even in professional relationships often resulting in difficulty effectively communicating my needs and wants or tolerating behaviors and experiences that I knew didn’t serve me out of fear of being rejected by others.

If you too have endured similar experiences then you’re probably wondering  where did it come from? How did it start? And when would it end?

It’s quite common to experience and develop relationships as an adult that are reflective of early childhood experiences particularly in homes where parental figures may have been physically or emotionally unavailable to form lasting secure attachments. In the absence of secure attachments the lack of  security and safety in relationships can manifest into insecurities and fears experienced throughout childhood development and later into adulthood.

Here’s the good news! It’s not permanent and if you’ve found me it’s safe to say that you’re invested and on the fast track to changing your early childhood narratives and trouble shooting the learned behaviors and beliefs to become empowered, confident, and courageous to break the intergenerational cycles and set those boundaries, effectively advocate for yourself, and develop healthy and meaningful relationships with others.

And when I refer to YOU I’m referring to my favorite type of client, the badass working woman who’s ready to become the embodiment of the woman and mother they wish they had while simultaneously navigating the demands of the workplace and various identities, you name it they’re doing it.

These clients are often committed to self-development, success, and seeing things through. They remain students and are coachable. They’re ready to step into rooms and spaces boldly and unapologetically. If you answered yes, smiled, or nodded when reading any of those items it’s probably safe to say we’re a great fit for one another!

Right now, you may be experiencing or recognizing a readiness to step into motherhood, break patterns of toxic relationships, feel a strong desire to speak up but fearful of the consequences,  or simply feel stuck and tired of being tired; whatever it is that’s pushing you towards the direction of change I’m here for it AND qualified to effectively guide and support you.

When working with me you can expect the honest but gentle truth. I will challenge you to go deeper and call you on your bluff. After all you are here to change, grow, and become a better version of self, right? But we will also laugh, use fun metaphors and movie references to make the hard stuff easier to digest and as a BONUS if you love cats, I have two costars Duke and Nico who will surely make a guest appearance or several while we’re remote.

I love empowering and supporting women through identity formation and enhancement because I understand just how isolating it can feel without the proper support especially when feelings of anxiety and depression take over. Witnessing my clients evolve into effective communicators, confidence builders, ground shakers, and boundary setting machines is and continues to be incredibly rewarding. You truly don’t have to navigate a single challenge alone, ever again.
